I feel like starting the first sentence of this blog is like when I was in college - starting the first line of a term paper. The first line is the worst. Its the hardest. Okay, its done.Thanks for coming to my blog. My intention for this blog is to have fun, connect with people and show you what I am up to with my business. The year 2010 was a great year for Ruby Jewelry. I thank all my friends, family and customers for that! I have been thinking that it is time to bring the business to a new level - work a little harder and spend more time bringing fabulous pieces of jewelry to YOU.
The spring collection is really exciting. I went above and beyond my usual tricks to find the jewels this year - and I promise that I will continue to hunt to find great stuff at affordable prices. My latest fave are these bracelets - I am planning to sell them for $38 for a set of three. They are silver plated or gold plated - the choice is yours. The REAL ones can be seen in the Globe ads for $3,200. Of course it is solid gold or sterling silver but who cares?? I dont think that people have the same desire as years past to have the real thing. I might be wrong but judging from the rings that flew off my table this fall people just want something pretty without going into debt. Am I right?
